DO CAO NGUYEN – A.K.A HIEN
		
	
Director, Executive Creative Director Clipper Ocean
A full-blooded Vietnamese, Do Cao Nguyen (a.k.a. Hien) found a new home in the USA in 1975. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with multidisciplinary degrees in Visual Communication, Computer Science, and Architecture.
In 1992, Do Cao Nguyen returned to his motherland, where he became known as a design guru. Before becoming the Principal/ECD of Clipper Indochine Vietnam, Hien served as Creative Director at D’Arcy and Dentsu, and as Executive Creative Director at Chuo Senko and Hakuhodo.
Hien has judged various award competitions around the region and internationally, including:

• ANDY Awards 2012, organized by the New York Art Directors Club
European International Awards:
• Spikes Asia Advertising Festival, organized by Cannes Lions
• Cannes Young Lions

Hien also serves as a lecturer in “Creative Strategies” at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, Marcom Department.

Graduated with a Master’s degree from Silpakorn University, one of Thailand’s top universities, Champ is a graphic designer, visual communicator, and one of Thailand’s leading film directors with many nationally recognized film awards. He has been a partner and an inspiration to Clipper Indochine in many successful campaigns since the millennium.

Account Manager – Clipper Ocean
Graduated in Business Administration in 2008, Van is an experienced professional in digital marketing and advertising. Prior to joining Clipper Ocean, she held positions at major firms such as Vietbuzzad and Adbay. Van’s day-to-day duties include managing projects from start to finish. She is familiar with creative concepts, branding, print, and web design — no job is too small or too big in her book.
With extensive industry knowledge and a unique personality, Van is the bridge between us and many clients, including Asia Commercial Bank, OPV Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, ECO Pharmaceutical, Megastar, Military Commercial Bank, Population Services International (PSI) Vietnam, and DG Commercial Investment JSC (DG Vietnam).

Graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hang has many years of experience working as a Content Development Manager for major agencies such as Dentsu, Lowe, Yahoo, Elle Magazine, and Vitality. Her clients include Toyota, Honda, Yamaha, Mercedes, Panasonic, Omo, Lifebuoy, Clear, Rexona, Sunlight, P/S, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Dulux, Johnson & Johnson, Dumex, Anmum, Mobifone, Sano, and Pigeon.
Hang loves and believes in content. She has been working (and having fun) with different types of content — from commercial projects like advertising and online marketing, to serious work such as news, editorials, and technical writing. She also enjoys creating more entertaining content like TV shows and blogs. All of these experiences have given her different perspectives and broader insights into the art of content creation.
